Booking procedure

• If you wish to book an apartment, please check the availability in the section of this apartment you are interested in booking.
• After verifying that your chosen period is available, please let us know how many people are booking the apartment and send us an e-mail stating the reservation arrival date.
• You will receive an email with account information on which a prepayment of 30% of the amount of the rental has to be made.
• To finish the reservation, it is mandatory to pay previously mentioned booking fee that is 30% of the total payment for the apartment within 7 days after receiving the mail with the account information.
• Booking fees are non-refundable. In special cases, the prepayment can only be counted towards another booking, after agreeing with the owner of the apartment.
• The remaining 70% must be paid in cash to the one of our employees who will give You the keys. Upon receipt of the keys, security deposit in amount of 150 EUR must be paid. The security deposit will be returned to You in cash upon departure after passing the apartment without any visible damage.
• After paying the booking fee, You will receive information and the contact details of the person who will give You the keys to the apartment. This person will provide information about the island and if necessary can help to arrange for a fee (25 EUR) transfer from the airport or help You rent a car.
• Before the arrival, please send us an e-mail with Your flight information: flight number and expected time of landing and the presumed time of arrival to the apartment.
